Shipping policy
Order Processing and Delivery Times - after you have placed an order with us, the processing time will depend on which product you have ordered:

Full Systems - these take up to 5 working days for delivery to yourself. This is because not all of our larger systems are kept in stock. However, you can contact us to ask for a quicker dispatch. We usually keep stock of our best selling Hexamoto Explorer Duo. Other items are built to order. |

Tables, chopping boards and smaller items - these items are usually dispatched the same day with a 24 or 48 hour courier. Therefore, you can expect to receive these items within 3 working days. These items are usually in stock. |
Our processing times exclude weekends and bank holidays. Orders will need to be placed by 2pm to be dispatched the same day. Any orders received after 2pm will be processed on the next working day.
Domestic and International Shipping - Please note that we only ship to UK postcodes. We do not ship internationally, and we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Local Collection - if you are local to us and wish to collect the item, you are welcome to do this. We can also fit for free at our workshop in Keynsham. Please contact us for collection and fittings. You will need to bring a form of ID along with you to collect your item ordered online.
Returns, Changes, and Cancellations - please see our returns policy for information on returns and exchanges. You must contact us first in order for us to authorise any returns. In the event that your order does not arrive with you, please contact us with your order number.
Potential Service Interruptions - orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. We will do the best we can to get your order to you within the specified time scale.
Order Tracking Details - once your order has been processed and dispatched, we will provide you with tracking details via a shipping confirmation email.
