How will my system arrive?
Your system will either arrive in a package via Parcel Force / Royal Mail, or be shipped via pallet.
If you order a full storage system like the Explorer Duo, Defender Utility, Disco Sleeper, etc, it will arrive on a pallet, so you need to have access for lorries to arrive at your property.
Our larger systems are pre-assembled, for you to just drop into the vehicle. Some systems will come partly assembled, to enable you to fit them into your vehicle. Only a few of our systems will not be assembled, like the Easy Sleeper, as this needs to be built in situ. If you are unsure, please ask.
Dog Guards and Cargos will come flat packed for you to install into your vehicle. We can provide video instructions if you require these, but it's quite a simple installation. You will need an Allen key tool to secure the fixings into the systems. You can use a manual or electric tool for this.
How do I care for my system?
The best way to care for your system is to clean the hexagon surface with something like an interior cleaner. We use AutoSmart Interior Dressing. You can care for the edges of the wood using an oil, we use Ronseal Antibacterial Worktop Oil.
How long does it take to receive the item?
We will ship your item as soon as we can. As a rule, smaller items such as Dog Guards, Tables, Cargo Systems and Chopping Boards will leave us within 1-2 days with Parcel Force / Royal Mail 24 hour delivery. So you can expect to receive your item within 3-4 days.
With the larger systems, if we have them in stock (check with us for quick delivery) we can get them out the same day if ordered before 2pm. Usually these will be delivered within 24 hours of being dispatched from us.
If we do not have stock, it can take up to 7 working days to build and get the system to you.
If you require FAST delivery, please get in touch and we can look to pull your order forward, provided we don't have any other customers in urgent need for their order.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are all manufactured in the UK, in Bristol to be specific. We make our own products, using a CNC machine and then assemble before sending them out to you.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for Dog Guards and Cargos. Shipping is £75 for larger systems, as these are sent on a pallet using freight delivery. Shipping for smaller items such as Hanging Tables and Chopping Boards is £5.95.
Can you offer custom engraving?
Yes, we absolutely can. We've already completed a few bespoke engraving projects such as, military cap badges, Instagram handle tags, animal engravings. The list goes on, we can usually offer whatever you want, provided it's not too intricate. Just ask and we'll see what we can do for you.
Do you offer custom foam inserts?
Yes, we absolutely can. There are different grades of foams, depending on the use, so please get in touch with us for this.
Can I remove my system if I need to temporarily?
Yes, you can. The Discovery drawer and storage systems are fixed down with 4 straps to the original tie down points in the boot, you can remove these and lift the system out. You may need a friend to help with this.
For the Defender systems, especially the Utility, you will need to remove the top section to take the system out of the truck. But, it's only a case of removing a few fixings and the larger bolts from the wheel arch original seat fixing points. No extra holes are drilled.
The Cargos and Dog Guards are the easiest to remove, the Dog Guards secure to the headrests, so just remove the headrests and the system will come out. The Cargo requires around 8-12 fixings to be removed in order to remove it.
The only exception to this would be the Easy Sleeper for the Defender, this system is designed to be fitted and not removed easily. You will need to drill extra holes to fit this system and secure it well.
What are your drawers rated to?
Our drawers are rated to 100kg. This is per drawer not per runner.
